1. Definitions

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

cair23 services are available to residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing our platform. We use IP detection and geolocation technology to enforce this requirement. Users attempting to access our services through VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies may have their accounts suspended.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gaming services. While cair23 operates under international licenses, you are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. Accounts are monitored for duplicate registrations based on name, address, IP address, device fingerprints, payment methods, and other identifying information.

3. Account Registration

Providing false information or impersonating another person is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cair23 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport, proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and potentially a selfie holding your ID document. We may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account unless you can demonstrate that the unauthorized access resulted from our security breach.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your request within 48 hours. You must withdraw any remaining balance before closure. We reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months after notifying you via email. cair23 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or exhibit problem gambling behavior where intervention is appropriate.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

cair23 accepts deposits via the following methods for Indonesian players: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Bank Mandiri accounts; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay; and international payment cards (Visa and Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account history. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (WIB). All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third parties. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though processing times may extend to 72 hours during peak periods or if additional verification is required. There are no withdrawal fees imposed by cair23, though your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

We monitor all transactions for suspicious patterns. Accounts involved in potential money laundering activities will be reported to relevant authorities and permanently closed.

4.4 Currency

5.1 Bonus Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless cair23, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of cair23 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

12. Amendments to Terms
